Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Policy

UserDepth LLC provides custom digital services that begin upon order confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of these services, returns are not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Payments for completed deliverables, approved milestones, or ongoing work are non-refundable.

• If a client cancels a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

• Refunds may be considered only if UserDepth LLC is unable to provide the agreed services due to internal reasons.

3. Revision & Dispute Resolution

• Clients may request revisions as outlined in the agreed scope of work.

• Any concerns must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

• UserDepth LLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues without refund through revisions or corrections.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Clients are encouraged to contact UserDepth LLC before initiating a chargeback.

• Unwarranted chargebacks may result in service suspension and termination of future engagements.
